National Trade Group has a need to recruit a professionals to fill the following vacancies:

PA to CEO: (Female), BA in any related filed. 8years experience:

Attend the CEO meetings and write down the Minutes of Meetings.

Distribute the MOMs to the related parties/employees.

Follow up with other parties to feedback about achieving their responsibilities.

Manage the official correspondences with Suppliers, customers, employee,….etc.

Will be working as an executive assistant.

Internal Auditor: (Male) BA in Accounting and/or any related field. 15years experience:

Manage the auditing process on all the operational matters within the company.

Create and maintain a reporting system to the CEO on all the operational processes.

Manage all the required board of inquires on all suspected processes.

Develop the company auditing manual.

Senior Accountant: (Female), BA in Accounting. 6-8 years experience

Manage all the financial transactions.

Manage the daily accounting processes.

Prepare the needed reports.

Communicate with the related parties on the credits, debits…etc.

Treasurer: (Female) BA in Accounting. 2years experience.

Manage all the checks and cash records.

Manage depositing checks and cash to the banks.

Manager the treasury.

Develop the needed reports.

Marketing officer/specialist: (Female), BA in Marketing or any related filed. 5-8years experience.

Develop and manage the marking plan.

Develop and execute the promotional campaigns.

Work on the company identity, brands and image.

Using all the marketing tools to achieve the marketing plan.
