١) Gynecologist
Background:

Scope of Work:
- Overseeing antenatal care, gynecologic care and obstetrics care in Azraq refugee camp clinics.
- Supervision and oversight of midwives
- Provision of clinical management of rape, willingness to learn and follow associated protocols
- Performing deliveries when precipitous deliveries present to clinic. In the future, additional vaginal deliveries may be a part of clinical activities
- Identifying high risk pregnancies warranting transfer to hospital
- Providing referral services with a good understanding of transfer procedures within and out of camp
- Carrying out a clear, complete documentation of patient care and required forms
- Providing post-partum care.
- Providing clinic related procedures (ultrasound, intrauterine device insertion) with a demonstrated competency
- Administering appropriate treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections
- Adhere to infection control guide lines.
- Provide TA in development of health education material and health promotion campaign as necessary
- Having good communication skills.
- Advocate to patients.
- Maintain professionalism with colleagues.
- Any additional duties deemed by clinic management to be important for care of beneficiaries
Qualifications:
- Gyn/OBS board issued by Jordan Medical Council or equivalent.
- License to Practice in Jordan as Gyn/Obs Specialist issued by MoH
- Good English skills.
- Experience is preferable.

٢) General Practitioner

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provision of PHC services:
- Preventive
- Medical checkup
- Family Planning Counseling
- Child growth monitoring and immunization status
- Health education provision and increase people awareness about their current health conditions and health promotion in general
- Curative
- Medical consultation including family, medical history and full physical examination
- Management of acute and chronic conditions
- Prescription of drugs according to national/international standard treatment protocol
- Referral
- Referral to secondary and tertiary care as needed
- Referral to Basic Rapid Diagnostic test (clinic nurse)
- Referral to clinic obstetrician-gynecologist
- Referral to clinic health educator
Administrative:
- Fill patient clinical record file for each patient visit
- Prescribe drug on clinic prescription form
- Fill referral form for any referral case outside of clinic
Technical Assistance (TA):
- Provide TA in development of health education material and health promotion campaign as necessary
- Assist in development of Health Education Plan as necessary
- Provide advice on drug and medical supply order in coordination with clinic pharmacist
Training:
- Participate in medical and management trainings as determine by IMC senior management
- Continue self-education to adhere with national/international standards and new advancements in the field of general practice and other relevant medical areas
Others:
- Ensure integration of clinic services and promote best quality standards for clients
- Support provision of training and supervision of nurses/midwives and health educators.
Reporting to:
- Health Quality Coordinator (about technical and medical issues)
- Clinic manager (about organizational, logistical, and administrative issues).
Qualifications:
- BCs in Medicine.
- Minimum one-year experience.
- NGOs experience is preferred.

٣) Pediatrician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Work:
- Provide medical care related to paediatrics and neonatal care to patients, including prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure the implementation of Jordan MOH clinical policies, tools, guidelines and protocols related to paediatrics and neonate care in order to minimize clinical risk and to extend best possible services under his/her expertize.
- In collaboration with other medical colleagues, collect the quantitative pediatric and neonatal data and ensure the use of management tools in order to improve the pediatric and neonatal services provision and to ensure the safe and high qualified overall performance
- Supervise the maintenance and running of the paediatric equipment and drug consumption, preparing new orders when required and ensuring their rational use, ensuring pharmacy and medical consumable stock levels to be updated and appropriate. This will be done in cooperation with the pharmacist, logistic staff and SMO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Medicine specialized in Pediatrics.
- Minimum two years of experience in a related field.
- Licensed Pediatrician.
- Board Certification.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English.

٤) Project Manager

- Overall management of the project.
- Provide the proper support to the program staff in several locations and different geographical areas.

٥) Specialized Community Mental Health Consultant
Background:

Scope of Work:
- According to the program schedule, the Mental Health Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric services in IMC supported mental health clinics.
- The Mental Health Psychiatrist will attend to all cases referred by medical professionals or social service representatives from partner agencies and provide psychiatric consultation.
- When indicated, the Mental Health Psychiatrist Consultant will provide temporary coverage in other IMC clinics.
- The Mental Health Psychiatrist will strictly comply with the professional ethics and principles as well as clinical standards of mental health practice under Jordanian and International Standards established by WHO and MoH.
- Medication treatment will only be delivered if the patient is present for the appointment.
- Ensure diagnosis and treatment regiments are consistent with ICD 10 and DSM-IV-TR criteria.
- Provide clinically appropriate follow-up for psychiatric patients as required based on the nature and severity of individual patients’ issues.
- Record all cases seen in the psychiatric log books during each clinic session.
- Contribute to the case management file, including assessments, treatment plan and quality assurance measures (HoNOS).
- Provide clear, concrete and measurable goals and objectives for each patient served.
- Ensure proper and accurate recording of prescription and dispensing of drugs in the psychiatric log book, the daily psychotropic dispensing record and in individual drug stock cards for each clinic session.
- Monitor drug inventory and Inform IMC of drugs that are low in stock.
- Act as the primary responsible party for the appropriate storage and inventory of the psychotropic drug stock at the clinics.
- Contribute to the ongoing training and continuing education of case management team.
- Support the case management team in monitoring and following up with patients in emergency cases.
- Participate in clinical case conferences at least once per month, or as needed, with the mental health/case management team
- Advise IMC Senior Coordinator of any disruption or change in provision of psychiatric services and care.
- Comply with clinic hours and notify senior IMC staff of absence or tardiness.
- Assist in the facilitation of psychiatric inpatient admissions as a last resort when clinically indicated.
Qualifications:
- Jordanian board of psychiatry
- Licensed

- Reporting to the MH focal point (line manager)
- Good in English language, speaking and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, tasks efficiently.
